Stellantis Financial Services UK In Breach of Consumer Protection Act 2015
After Carmoney send me a link to their site, I purchased a Vauxhall Vivaro from Ulez.
I asked them about the dent in the back door. They, as well as Carmoney, confirmed the lock was defect and that they
would repair it before I collect the car. Stellantis paid the sum to them and the deal was closed.
On 27-04-2025 I collected the car in good faith, but the lock was not fixed, although the doors,
if slammed shut together, will close.
Carmoney hardly paid attention to the matter and very much ignored the case.
I am now awaiting word from Stellantis Financial Services Ltd, on their legal
failure to comply with the law: The consumer protection act 2015.
CarMoney ignored all my emails untill November when Stellantis asked them to do an inspection on the van
(six months after I first cotacted Carmoney). Both Carmoney and stellantis seemed to stretch their response time for some reason.
But then everything became clear when Carmoney contracted 'one of the crew' to do an inspection on the van:

I AM CURRENTLY EXPERIENCING SUSPICIOUS INCIDENTS WITH GARAGES
Several garages where I brought my van for repairs have been behaving stagely.

He kept my van overnight, broke a sprink he had to fit to the van,
but yet charged me for it;
the coolant system problem started after
I drove away from his garage,
though I first did not assigned that issue as a problem.

Let them not think that £730 million or even the £5 billion from their mother firm will save them!
And what could the Romans never forget about the celts?...wait and see.

* On site I also discovered that the nearside back light plastic was broken, what they had not revealed to me.
* During driving I discovered that the wiper blades were totally worn: they would hardly wipe water off the screen.
* At home I discovered that the bottom part of the off-side mirror plastic was missing, exposing the internals to the weather.
* I soon discovered that the nearside front tyre had a defect as it keeps on losing air.
* Within a couple of weeks the break pads, break discs and wheelbearings had to be replaced at £650,00 costs.
* The DPF filter was so soiled that after about 500 miles driving the vehicle would hardly move: it cost me £300,00 to have the filter cleaned.
* The Inter Cooler Boost Pipe had a gaping hole in it, what was the main culprit, extremely soiling the filter and
causing the van to slow down and fail.
* On Monday 11-08-2025, Kwik-fit informed me that they could not regas my airco system as there was none fitted!
Ulez Compliant Car Sales Ltd did not inform me of this, and Stellantis Financial Services UK Ltd,
did not assure the vehicle was in good order before they financed it.
* When I went to fit my winter tyres in October, I was told that my van has car tyres on!
This is also visible on the marketing pictures of the van.
I also wrote to the company owned/run by Michael Crombie and Sarah Lynn Arthur, at the address:
